I am a highly dedicated Level 3-certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of hands-on experience in fitness and a lifelong passion for health and wellbeing. Having trained consistently since the age of 16, I maintain an elite level of physical fitness with just 5% body fat — a reflection of the discipline, resilience, and knowledge I bring to my work.

Proficient in advanced training methodologies, nutritional planning, and mental resilience coaching, I stay current with the latest industry advancements and refer to past to deliver impactful, tailored fitness programs. My approach is holistic and results-driven, rooted in real-world experience and a deep understanding of both the body and the mindset required for transformation.

Beyond fitness, I bring a strong background in entrepreneurship, sales, and operations, having successfully managed a fashion business.
